How do I pay for an order?

How do I reset my password?

Drop us a mail/message and with your username, we will help retrieve / reset your password.

How do I apply my store credit/coupon code?

On the ‘Checkout’ page, you will see the 'voucher code' column. Just type the code into the column and click 'Add'. The total amount will automatically be deducted and you can proceed with payment.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

I couldn't proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?

Kindly contact us immediately via email or call and we'll assist in canceling your order so that you can place a new one. We'd ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount to our bank account as we can't guarantee the item you purchased is still in stock. In the case that you made payment manually, we will have to refund you in store credit. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you will need to call us on our hotline as soon as possible so that we won’t process your order.
If it’s too late to cancel your order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

Do I need to register to shop?

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status.

Can I save my items to be purchased later?

Yes, you can choose to add any item to your wish list and purchase them at a later date. However do note that items added into your wish list is for your convenience to purchase them later. The items are not reserved so do make your purchases as soon as possible before they run out!

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive any payment details from you after 3 days.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to peninsular Malaysia and for east Malaysia please drop an message to us for the shipping rate.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia when you purchase above RM300.

If you purchace less than RM300, the shipping charges is first 10kg RM17, above 10kg, every kg will add RM1 and so on.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Peninsular Malaysia delivery is within 7 working days. East Malaysia delivery will take 14 – 21 working days.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there! Paid orders made will be shipped the next day.

Oops! The item I received is faulty!

Contact us as soon as you can ([email protected] or call 03-4131 6080), and we'll try our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order. Luckily, we have a simple return process!
